OMS Dive Shipping and Return Policy
OMS ships all packages to customers in the United States by UPS ground unless otherwise requested by customer. For International customers (all customers outside the United States) DUI will ship Priority International via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note any and all Tax/Duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Online product orders* are processed within 48 hours of receiving your order. Product orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday for shipment on Tuesday. Please note the below holidays. Shipments will be delayed on observed holidays.
Special note for International Customers (those outside the United States). Any and all Tax and Duty are the responsibility of the customer. We will ship Priority International via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Additional potential hidden fee: Some credit card companies may charge an exchange rate that you will not see until you receive your credit card statement.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return any unopened items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
