O2 Sensor & Battery Replacement
Professional Dive O2 Analyzer sensor and battery replacement
 

Step 1:
Unscrew (counterclockwise) green collection cap and remove

Step 2:
Remove (6) stainless steel screws from back of case and save yellow waterproofing gaskets.

Step 3:
Remove white electrical connector from back of sensor and then remove sensor.

Step 4:
New red high output sensor (be sure to unscrew white translucent freshness cap).

Step 5:
Install new red high output sensor through hole in front of case and install one gasket between sensor and inside of case. Place another gasket between the outside of case and green collection cap. Install green collection cap but leave loose enough so that sensor can be aligned to fit into the nest (point 6)

Step 6:
Connect white electrical connector to pins on back of sensor.

Align sensor so that it fits into "nesting" area on the back part of the case and with the white electrical connector lead wires exiting through the nesting slot.

Step 7.
Reposition back and front half of the case, place yellow gaskets on screws and carefully tighten down screws. Do not over tighten.

Tighten green collection cap by turning clockwise. (Do not over tighten)

Turn the unit on and go through any trouble shooting procedures should they be necessary.

Battery Replacement

1. Remove ( 6 ) stainless steel screws from back of case and save yellow waterproofing gaskets

2. Remove old battery and slide new 9v alkaline battery into the compartment

3. Make sure that the lead wires exiting the white electrical connector are passed through the nesting area slot

4. Reposition back and forth half of the case, place yellow gaskets on screws and carefully tighten down screws. Do not over tighten.

5.Turn the unit on and go through any troubleshooting procedures.
